I had this weird idea where I was interested in what it would be like to film in infrared and projected it on to the wall live. This is me trying to get my head around somehow performing in the dark at the degree show. This experiment didn't really work for me as the projection is too bright for the night vision camera to capture the image properly. This was however my first time wearing the curved face cone. Which I wasn't sure I would like on. But I was pleasantly surprised I found liked performing in this piece. The curved shape seemed to fit with my body in a way that felt really natural, it tucked perfectly into my belly when I curved over, and the curved claws on my hands moved over it more seamlessly. When wearing this piece I naturally want to curve my body more, curl up and move slower. Its interesting to me that different prosthetics inspire me to move differently. This are some pictures of me just messing about.
